My subject is the human form and the form within the human- subject.
I developed my skill and technique through years of practice, daily sketching, drawing live models, and plein-air painting. Before starting a painting, I wait for a coincidence to happen, where my skills, energy, technique, and emotions will narrow down to a small time and space. The result of this is an intense expressive energy to execute within the painting.
